'Crust & Dream Pizzeria started with a single vision: to share real Neapolitan pizza with Viale della Repubblica. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a quaint family-owned spot, boasting recipes passed from one generation to the next.

Our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the pizza craft during her time in Italy, gaining knowledge from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was born. Upon her return to the UK, she aimed to recreate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to traditional practices and sourcing only the best ingredients.

In its early days, our pizzeria consisted of just 12 seats but has since evolved into a cherished neighborhood cornerstone. Despite our growth, we remain true to our roots, continuing to employ classic wood-fire oven techniques, preparing our dough from scratch daily, and choosing top-notch ingredients.

'Crust & Dream Pizzeria is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with their progeny now steering our devoted crew. We’ve integrated modern advancements while preserving our core: curating delectable, traditional pizza that unites folks.
